One accessory can be added at no additional cost with each Radio. We offer Surveillance Earpieces, Remote Speaker Microphones, and Over The Head (PTT) Headsets.

A charging solution will be included with every Radio order. One six-bay charger will be included with every ten Radios. For orders of four Radios or less, we include two single-bay chargers.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS

​

• A Certificate of Insurance covering rented equipment must be submitted and verified before your rental begins. COI must cover rental dates, list Hudson Radios as the certificate holder, additional insured, and loss payee. Policies that include an exclusion from unlocked and/or unattended vehicles will not be accepted.

• If you do not have production insurance, you can apply for coverage with through our partner, Athos Insurance. To apply: Production Insurance

• In lieu of production insurance, check out our damage waiver option! With the damage waiver, we charge a 10% fee in addition to your total rental cost. In the event of damages to rented equipment, the renting party is responsible for the first $500 of repair costs. Please note that lost, stolen, or missing equipment, as well as equipment that is damaged beyond economical repair, is billed at the full replacement cost as listed on our Rental Agreement. For first-time renters opting for the damage waiver, a deposit equal to 50% of the replacement cost is required to be held on a credit card.
